JCB Operator

Operate JCB machines safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, material handling, and earthmoving activities within the recycling facility.

Load and transport recyclable materials as instructed by supervisors.

Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks on the equipment.

Report any mechanical faults or safety concerns immediately.

Follow all company safety procedures and UAE HSE regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned equipment.

Work closely with supervisors and ground staff to ensure smooth site operations.

Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timelines while maintaining productivity.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a JCB Operator.

Holds a valid UAE Heavy Equipment License (Category 8).

Experience in recycling plants, construction, logistics, or industrial environments is preferred.

Good knowledge of safe machine operation and preventive equipment checks.

Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor industrial environment.

Currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately.

Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
