Food & Beverage Crew Member

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, snacks, and other food items according to company recipes and quality standards.

Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional customer service.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, POS systems, and other food preparation equipment safely.

Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area, service counters, dining area, and equipment.

Replenish ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies as required.

Monitor product freshness and report low stock or expired items to the supervisor.

Handle cash and card payments accurately and issue receipts when required.

Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment checks.

Work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Previous experience as a Barista, Food Preparer, Café Assistant, or Food Service Staff is preferred; freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.

Passionate about customer service and preparing high-quality food and beverages.

Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.

Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Positive attitude, good grooming, and strong teamwork skills.

Currently in the UAE on a Visit, Cancelled, or Own Visa, with immediate joining preferred.
